To avoid accidental purchases, duplicate orders, or incorrect customization, production will not be approved until we receive your confirmation.

If we do not receive your authorization reply within 72 hours, the order will remain unapproved and may be automatically canceled or delayed.

Order Modification:
If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after placing the order, or email us directly. We check emails three times per day and will confirm all changes with you promptly.

Order Cancellation & Refunds:
If you wish to cancel and request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, production scheduling, structural design, and material preparation may have already started, which could make refunds unavailable.

All our custom pet products are 100% handmade, involving complex artistic processes. Production time depends on the product type and current order volume.

• Custom pillows & laser engraved tags: within 3 days

• Most custom pet art & memorial products: 15–90 days

Express Production & Expedited Delivery Options If you have a tight deadline and need your order completed sooner, we offer an Express Production service for an additional fee of $100 USD.

With this option, two professional designers will collaborate on your project simultaneously, which can effectively reduce the production lead time by 10–30 days.

Important Note: While we offer this expedited service to meet urgent needs, we generally do not recommend this approach. To ensure the highest level of artistic consistency and a seamless design style, we believe having a single lead designer manage the entire process yields the best results.

1. Submit Your Order & Pay the Deposit

Place your order and pay a 50% deposit. Please upload at least four clear photos of your pet (front, left, right, and side angles are preferred).You can also send it to our official customer service email.
You may also include a short note with your pet’s information or a brief message.

2.Review & Production Confirmation

Our team will review your photos within 24 hours and email you to confirm the final reference images and production timeline.Because each piece is handcrafted, the deposit becomes non-refundable once we begin sketching or preparing materials.

3.Work confirmation

Once the artwork is finished, we’ll send photos or a video for your approval.

4.Revision Notes

If adjustments are needed, you may request revisions (up to three recommended).Multiple revisions may leave minor marks on certain materials, especially felt.

5.Pay the balance

After approval, please pay the remaining 50% balance.

Taxes & Duties Notice Prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or any import-related taxes imposed by the destination country.Buyers are solely responsible for any such charges required by local customs or carriers.Payment of the remaining balance constitutes acceptance of this tax responsibility

6.Shipping Arrangement

Once we receive the remaining balance, we will arrange shipment immediately and upload the tracking number to your order page or send it to your email.
