Furthermore, you may include a short note with your pet’s information or a brief message to help us better understand their unique personality.

2.Review & Production Confirmation

Our team will review your photos within 24 hours and email you to confirm the final reference images and production timeline.Because each piece is handcrafted, the deposit becomes non-refundable once we begin sketching or preparing materials.

3.Work confirmation

Once the artwork is finished, we’ll send photos or a video for your approval.

4.Revision Notes

If adjustments are needed, you may request revisions (up to three recommended).Multiple revisions may leave minor marks on certain materials, especially felt.

5.Pay the balance

After approval, please pay the remaining 50% balance.

Taxes & Duties Notice
Prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or any import-related taxes imposed by the destination country.
Any additional charges or import duties imposed by local customs or carriers remain the responsibility of the recipient.
